The message is simple: this wine goes well with rpime red meat dishes. Just over 5 years ago, the Australian winemaker Hamish McGowan set out with a sole objective; to make a great wine to accompany a great steak. What he ended up with was 'Angus the Bull', a straight cabernet sauvignon using hand selected parcels from several outstanding wine regions across Victoria and South Australia. This full bodied red doesn't disappoint - inky black in colour with concentrated ripe fruits, integrated savoury oak and a powerful finish. The perfect accompaniment to prime beef.
