Light gold in colour with a floral nose of orange blossom with a hint of spice. The palate delivers dried apricot flavours which linger on a citrus and lime finish.
Weather conditions for 2010 were overall very favourable. Mild temperatures in the spring allowed balanced growth of the vines. The difference of temperature between day and night enabled very good aromatic development of the grapes. The slow ripening of the berries has given a very good balance between freshness and fruitiness.
The wines are classified Indication Géographique Protégée because irrigation is used to avoid heat stress (and hard, bitter characters in the wines) in the southerly, sunny climate.
