Marsilea Verdejo (12.5%) - £10.50
Vegan, Organic
If you like Sauvignon Blanc we think you'll like Verdejo. It's very aromatic, really fresh, and has a long, fruit forward finish.
In order to maintain its bracing freshness Verdejo is often harvested at night, so that they enter the cellar when they are cooler. This preventing "browning" and prevents the grapes from oxidising too quickly.
Marsilea Bobal (12.5%) - £10.50
Vegan, Organic
Velvety floral notes with black forest fruits. Bobal is an indigenous varietal which is the 2nd most planted red grape in Spain. It tends to be lower in alcohol than it's better known cousins Tempranillo and Garnacha, but maintains lovely tannic structure and body.
Both wines now available from our self-pour wine system. Simply buy a bottle (£1) from us, and we'll fill it up with some delicious wine for you. Keep bringing it back (clean and empty) and we'll keep filling it up!
